The Pomegranate Bistro is managed by a small group of restaurateurs united by a strong desire to provide a fine kosher dining experience in the local Montgomery County area. Dr. Jacob Schorr and Eli Verschleisser created a business casual fine dining experience with a unique menu, both for lunch and dinner. Richard Tassiello, the Executive Chef, is committed to the concept of preparing exceptional kosher food adhering to contemporary American methods using local produce and fresh ingredients whenever possible.
